Something to end the year with...yeah, I've been lazy.

No excuses, unless laziness is a legitimate excuse...I've looked at the page many times and thought about writing but just never did. Been a while...started another Chuck story, drooped a blast of holiday Shate and started another Castle story...and sold more than  few tires...god, I love my job!...and that mmay be my last written lie of the year...I'm sure to speak a couple more but those will go unknown...both the any readers and to the people I tell them to...classics like..."Sure, I'd love to join you for a drink"(hell, still can't believe almost six months without a drop) or the ever popular..."no, you don't have to worry about losing weight"(does lying to a mirror count?)...so, for the new year?...more writing...I'm gonna keep doing it until it's not fun anymore...of course, the new year brings the end of Chuck and we can't hope for a movie like Firefly...just rewatched the series and the movie and had a blast...one of my hopes for the new year is that Chris fedak doesn't lure me in with another great show and then bend me over three seasons in...that wouldn't be a fun thing to re-experience...just posted a new chapter of Castle:TBL...I love the show but find that Castle reviewers aren't as prevalent as the ones over in Chuck...maybe it's just that I'm new to Castle and it takes a while...and , of course, telling a good tale would probably help...well, Sat. afternoon and Vero's the same bustling bundle of excitement it is all of the time...think I'll go watch the grass grow...or work on BLDBAL...decisions, decisions...Happy New Year.                        JT

Adolesence is over rated...and maybe I'll give it a try...someday.

Well, another wednesday down and I'm overflowing with joy....whoopee! Managed to get a new chapter and a short one-shot out and if all goes according to plan, I hope to have a few more chapters posted before the weekend. And the psychiatrist says I'm not a dreamer...ha! Recovering from a nasty bought of the flu...yeah, I can feel the sympathy radiating from the screen. I'm half way throuhg chapter 5 of CVABFTP and it seems to be coming easy despite the sorta heavy vibe...it's gonna be a helluva conversation...and I'm even going to have Sarah take of some of her clothes...no, really, I am...don't worry, I promise it will work and seem a natural part of the story.
While I was down I went back and re-watched Castle and I can't wait to get back to 'Detective Lessons'.

I actually hit twenty stories over on FF, something that I never imagined happening...now all I have to do is add some more to those open ended stories. I do plan to finish 'em...even Last(ish)...and, lucky me, the strange story ideas keep popping up. I've promised myself to not start anything new...unless I awaken from a fevered state and find something on my computer...it's happened before.

I have to thank all of the writers over at FF who continue to inspire me day after day...and the readers who continue to alert and favorite my stories. The combination keeps the fun there for me and that's all it takes to keep me going. Some weeks are more productive than others but, that's life.

Quess what? No, I'm serious, guess...fine, I'll tell ya...

About frickin' time...something new over at FF...a future chapter from BL:DBAL...some readers have expressed an appreciation for 'my' Ellie and I wanted to try something without Chuck and Sarah involved directly...at least not right away...I had some great ideas offered for the 'trigger' that would push Ellie to upload the Intersect and I'm grateful for them. I think I may have borrowed bits and pieces(maybe bigger than just bits or pieces) and I just want to say thanks. The new 'stroy' is titled 'BL:DBAL - Ellie Vs. The Intersect' and I'd love any feedback...I do plan to use the chapter later in the actual story and, dropping it by it's lonesome will give me a chance to maybe, just maybe, make it better when I do add it to the story...I may also add another future chapter to this one...might give me the chance to try some 'action'...just to see if I can handle it...plus, Ellie and John...no sexual tension, just an older agent watching as a woman who is definitely not cut out to be a spy finds herself thrown into the deep end...hippocratic oath versus the possibility she may have to injure someone...how far will the need to rescue her little brother push her?...and the fun stuff, what's gonna happen to Bryce when Ellie finally gets her face to face meeting?...maybe John Casey has to change from the agent who shot and tried to kill BL to a man who has to save the douche bag in order to save Ellie...well, time to get back to the real job...again...coming real soon...Mr. Grumpy Pants Says I do...Just In Time...seriously, real soon...maybe even tonight...got four pages...long hand...might just transcribe and then publish here first...for anyone just joining...I also have a Castle story called Detective Lessons and put up Chapter 6 a few days ago over at FF...if interested, search the title or the author...which is...-  hewhosnbn   --  Just in case anyone wants to check out my only(so far) non-Chuck story.      JT

Two in one day...what the hell?

I just posted another chapter...to a story outside of the Chuck fandom. Chapter 6 of Castle : Detective Lessons...after so long between chapters, it was fun to get back to that story. Hopefully the Castle fans won't find it horrible.
I'm still hopeful to get another chapter or two out before monday, along with a new MGP story.
Had a reviews over at the site mention their enjoyment of the Ellie character in BLDBAL and I'm considering doing a one shot that would have Ellie deciding to make use of the intersect that she's got hidden away. Just have to figure out the trigger that causes her to 'power-up'. Maybe injuries to Devon caused by a 'baddie' who comes gunning for Chuck...maybe. Two intersected Bartowskis...double the fun. Just an idea...for later. wow, past my bedtime.       JT

I finally manage to get one out...chapter, that is.

Finally, something new from the hibernator...Chapter 15 of BLDBAL is up. I've been fitzing around with several chapters while wondering about writing...namely, was I still able to have fun after seeing a writer whose stories I really like scare away another writer from FF. I still don't see what the big deal was...yes, there were some similarities but, if anyone botrhered to look, I'm sure that I have things in my stories that seem to have their origins elsewhere...hell, I had to completely delete a Chuck story I was working on when I realized that my opening sentence...'Call me Chuckmael' was incredibly similar to the opening line from the story about the giant, pale fish...and I've gone back and changed the first line of Mr. Grumpy Pants Says I Do from 'It was a dark and stormy night' to 'Colonel John Casey, USMC(ret.) stood on the small section of carpet and watched as a very pregnant Brooklynn Masters made her way towards him with a smile on her face.'...don't worry, I'm also going to change eventual honeymoon destination from Greece to some little town on the east coast of Florida...in fact, if all goes well, I may actually publish the new Grumpy pants here first...I hope to also add another chapter to Detective Lessons, my Castle fic that I'm posting unfder the name ...   hewhosnbn  ...  over at FF. Crap, more customers pulling in...and me without a handgun....JT

Mid-day meanderings...Hump-day Help?

Actually feeling a little better about stuff...I've even been writing again. Now, if I could just figure out how to attach documents to my blog, I could post some samples of chapters I'm in the middle of...ok, that was a not so subtle hint and a call for help...remember...old dog finding new tricks tough to master. Barely a level of two above using the computer for it's amazing solitaire...any hints? Any help would be greatly appreciated...and as a reward? some 'stuff' before it hits FF...what, that's not an amazing incentive?...ouch! Oh look, customers...back to work...joy of joys!        JT

Another day in paradise...shot to shit.

Happy friday. Another day of dealing with my beloved customers....explaining that , 'yes, tires sure have gotten expensive and no, I can't beat the price you got from the big 'W', sorry about that'. I'm sure there are way worse ways to spend nine hours but that doesn't mean I can't 'not love' my job.
Rain coming in for the weekend...6 to 8 inches...so, I've got that to look forward to. Rainy weather is good writing weather....maybe I'll get this 'shit' out of my system and start transcribing all the written pages I've got sitting...maybe.
I've got an idea for the next MGP story...I'm pretty sure the title will be 'Mr. Grumpy Pants Takes More Than One For The Team'...I'm thinking about stringing together a bunch of quick shots of Casey taking one for the 'team'...the twins and their sporting activities...T-ball, soccer, Karate, and borrowing from 'Fanboys'(which I just watched again), a misplaced strike from a 'lightsaber'. That's right, I'm hoping to pull off a 'greatest hits' for Casey as the twins, accidently, inflict more damage on Casey than any man should go through.  I figure that Chuck and Morgan spent time going through all of the video of Casey with the twins and put together a truly cringe worthy montage. Just have to figure out the reason they do it and when and where they can 'premiere' it.
Thanks to ATCDave for his wonderful mention of the MGP series in his Chuck FF review.
Thanks to GA and YGBSM for their words...they meant a lot!
I adjusted this blog so now...I believe...anonymous reviews can be left...at least I hope I managed to make it possible.
Well, time to get back to the weekend. Hope everyone has a great weekend.          JT

Crisis of faith for the faithless?

A few days ago, a writer who's talent I greatly admire posted a helpful list ofways to write a good summary for a story. Actually, it was more like a list of things to avoid and , as I read the list, I realized I'd committed most of the 'sins' at one point or other. Ok, I told myself, I'd try and do better in the future. Then this writer suggested that good writers should be compete with themselves as a way to improve their skills. Ok...well, no. I didn't start writing, at htis late point in my life to compete with myself! I did it because another great writer encouraged me to give it a whirl...he told me not to be intimidated by anyone, just have fun telling the story you want to tell and  I thought, sure, why not. I've been having a blast and I don't want to compete with anyone, myself included. Why should I? Do I want to get better as a writer? Sure I do but I don't think I need to compete with myself to do that. Hell, six days a week, 9 to 10 hours a day I'm selling tires and putting them on and that wears me out. Writing is supposed to be fun. I'm under no delusions that this will ever be more than something I do to unwind and the fact that people seem to enjoy some of my work is just an added bonus.
The same author who suggested that a writer should compete with themself also suggested that a good author would provide good 'Author's notes'...mine aren't good...hell, they're just me rambling about whatever twaddle happens to be in my head when I've finished a chapter...so, I guess I see where that leaves me when such important things are considered...a writer who knows his limitations...and knows that he's never gonna be great...hell, I think I'd settle for good...and I'm sorry that having 'A/N's' that aren't glowing examples of 'goodness' makes me less of an author...hell, I'm barely a scribbler. Sure, I color outside the lines but does it really matter if I'm having fun? Do my non-sterling summaries and my rambling A/N's make me less of a writer? I'm not sure...because, evidently, according to an author I admire, shortcomings in those categories may indeed make me...less.
Hell, I'm sitting here looking at a couple of almost complete chapters and notes for maor and I'm not sure if I want to take the time to post 'em....since I'm not out to compete with myself, maybe I should just say fuck it...like the title of the blog says...A crisis of faith for the faithless(me)...not sure what I'll do...and worse, not sure if it matters.                 JT

So, a saturday with nothing to do...almost

Finished another shift at the job that redefines love and joy. Now, thinking I might just try and pound out a chapter of BLDBAL. Got the outline ready, now I'll just have to flesh it out. Finished a MGP and another chapter of TRFW so I guess it's time for something differant. I've got outlines for the next chapters of all of the stories, it's just a matter of picking one and letting fly. Still toying with the idea of doing a 'M' for the first night for Chuck and Sarah and , maybe this weekend. I might also try and finish another chapter on a side project I've been writing under the pen name of  hewhosnbn over an fanfiction. I'll just have to see what inspiration strikes.
Giving serious thought to some action for BLDBAL, maybe having a go at re-telling the La Ciudad mission with a Chuck who has the ability to handle himself in a tight situation. Also wondering if the kama sutra would be in the intersect...and why? Sure would make Sarah wonder if the sex with Chuck was spectacular thanks to him flashing. Might add an element of self-doubt...Sarah wondering if the 'best sex' of her life was a genuine gift from Chuck or simply him accessing information on tantric sex methods.
Have to thank Grey Alchemist who caught a name slip up in the lates MGP story. Made the correction.
Watched Streets of Fire last night...it had been a while. Thought that the framework would make an interesting very AU Chuck and Sarah story... 'Chuckie B and the Wanderers' playing a special gig...Jill as the money hungry manager who is using Chuck...Sarah is the highschool sweetheart who dropped out of sight the middle of senoir year...Sarah is a former Marine who got booted because of her problem with authority figures... Shaw snatches Chuck...California is a collection of 3 independent republics that broke away from the US because of the Vietnam war...some charismatic actor fomented the original split for Los Angeles county and the rest of the state...most of the western US is seen as a frontier again after several other states followed Cali's example and declared themselves sovereign republics. Movement seems to attract the youth and "go west, young so and so' becomes  a life choice, leaving two thirds of the country under the control of old money.  Chuckie B is one of the most popular artists since the split, his music and lyrics influencing a lot of people...wow, what a colossal ramble. Sure, later.         JT

Some factoids...and some other crap

Well, about to start another day of the dream job...woohoo. Been a little off for the last few days, not sure why but just haven't been able to close any of the chapters I've got sitting. I expect a new chapter of TRFW will be done and up by days end. There is also a possibility of a new Mr. Grumpy Pants. It's about time to drop a few 'bombs' in the Swimmerverse. Casey gets engaged and Brooklynn has news. Morgan's still engaged and Carina has news. An outting for the entire, extended family will push Casey to the edge. And the whole things called   Mr. Grumpy Pants Goes On Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.  Yup, I'm gonna drag Casey to the happiest place on earth. Of course my story will pale when compared to Frea's and HDQ's visits but I'm gonna get Casey through the gate...and that's what the big support group is needed for.  Was gonna write more but, joy of joys, customers. Maybe later.    JT

Reflections:Not just a crappy song or tv episode title

Thursday and I have been a little lax with posting...anything. I'm gonna do it...by sunday night I'm gonna drop a CVABFTP(75%written), BLDBAL(45%),SVTSS(30%) and TRFW and LM both have a few paragraphs written. Probably could've posted sooner but I've been re-reading some APR and that always leaves me feeling a little humbled. Of course there are a lot of great writers at FF but for some reason whenever I read Jim's stuff I'm reminded of the great disparity between our skill sets. Crap, I really miss his storytelling...and his helpful nudges.
Just rewatched Bubba HoTep...twisted fun. Next on the rewatch list? Dirty Rotten Scoundrels..."mother?"..."not mother?"
Wonderful, just checked the time and, yippie, time for the job I love.
Short and...well, short. Maybe that's the way to do this. A little bit each time. Yeah, that's the ticket.     JT

Mr. Grumpy Pants Meets His Match

Mr. Grumpy Pants Meets His Match

"No way, Walker" Casey said as he glared at his ex-partner, using his 'glare-of-near-death' that he usually reserved for scum of the earth...and his ex-partner when she was trying to get him to do something he really didn't want to do and it was usually something involving the 'weasels'.

"Ah, come on Casey, you know you love spending time with your god-children" Sarah said as she began to employ her 'you know you really love your god-children' eyes.

"Why is it, whenever you're trying to talk me into doing something I'm going to hate, you always play the 'god-children' card?"

"Oh, lighten up Casey. It's not like you're going on a solo mission. Chuck and I will both be there, just in case you run into something you can't handle...again. They're not terrorists; they're active, healthy, eight year olds"

"Who have both tested above genius level IQs, are both brown belts in several martial arts styles and have hacked my home's central computer system more times than I can count...despite the fact that their father has tried to make my system 'hack proof'" Casey responded, trying but failing to stop a little bit of pride from slipping into his voice. "So what if you're both going to be there? You'll have one of the nerdlings in your arms and 'Mr. Mom' will be holding the other one, leaving me to fend for myself against the weasels and their little army of patience killers. Nope, not gonna do it."

"Casey, it's the twin's eighth birthday and they've been begging for us to allow them to have a party there for the last three years. We already have confirmations from several of the other kid's parents and a couple of nannies who will be there to help supervise. Plus, Morgan and Carina will be there as well."

Oh, that's a great enticement, Walker, telling me that the couch wreckers are going to be there. Now I'm definitely not going."

"JOHN MARION CASEY! You will be there! You will be polite and pleasant...well, as polite and pleasant as you can be! And, you will not damage any of Jim and Nicky's friends! Do you understand me?!"

"I don't want to go" Casey replied with a grunt that said, 'so there'.

"Well then, I guess I'll have to tell the twins that your place is no longer a 'Kato' free zone" Sarah shot back and watched as John Casey slowly crumbled.

"Fine, but I'm not going to sing happy birthday to the weasels...just so you know."

"Thanks Casey" Sarah answered with a smile knowing full well that her old partner would end up singing, just like he did every year. Sarah also realized that Casey was getting soft in his 'old age' because she hadn't had to pull a knife, which actually surprised her. "We'll see you tomorrow" Sarah added and was rewarded with a grunt as the big man walked away. After hearing the front door close, she got to her feet and headed to the back patio, eager to tell everyone that 'Mr. Grumpy Pants' had caved and he'd be a the party the next day.

0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0

Chuck and Sarah were sitting side by side at one of the large tables that had been used for all of Jim and Nicky's guests, and as Casey had predicted, they each held one of the newest Bartowski twins in their arms. Everyone seemed unable to resist the one year old identical twin girls and most of the afternoon had involved people ohh-ing and ahh-ing over them as their parents smiled. After being awake for most of the afternoon, the twins were getting sleepy and both Chuck and Sarah expected them to be asleep within half an hour, probably within seconds of each other.

The party had been quite a success, so far, and it looked like everyone was having a good time. Even John Casey had lost his 'just sucked a lemon' look within minutes of his arrival. He kept a close watch on everything and, as Sarah had predicted, he'd joined in when it came time to sing 'happy birthday'. Once all of the kids had eaten their fill, Casey had offered up the first rolls of tokens and after receiving lots of enthusiastic 'thanks, Mr. Casey' he simply sat back and watched as the children raced towards the video games. Casey had even acted put upon when Sarah and Chuck had filled both his arms with the girls so they could take a quick walk around, both to stretch their legs and to make sure that everyone was having a good time. Returning to the table, the surprised Casey and he struggled to hide the smile on his face as he watched the two little girls sleep.

Once Chuck and Sarah had reclaimed their seats, Casey pretended to be happy at handing over his burdens into the waiting arms of their parents. He gave a soft growl when it looked like Chuck was about to say something 'cute' and then he got to his feet and walked away, surprising his old partners when they noticed him pulling a roll of game tokens from his pocket as he headed towards the game area.

0-0-0-0-0-0-0--00

Chuck and Sarah had lost track of time, something they often did while watching the littler girls sleep and it was the concerned voice of Nicky that snapped them back to reality.

"Mom, Dad...Uncle Casey's acting weird" she said, remembering to speak softly when it looked like the twins were asleep.

"What do you mean, 'Uncle Casey's acting weird'?" Chuck asked after exchanging a questioning look with his wife.

"Well, we sorta dared him to play one of the games and now he won't let anyone else play"

 "Nicky, are you sure?"

"Yeah, mom" Jim said as he joined his sister. "He started playing and now he doesn't want to stop."

"What game?" Chuck asked, expecting it to be some sort of first person shooter game.

"Whack-A-Mole" the twins answered, almost at the same time.

"What?" Chuck blurted out, a look of surprise plain to see on his face. "Are you guys sure?"

"Oh yeah, dad" Nicky said with a shake of her head.

"Yeah, come on dad" Jim said, already turning around and heading back towards the game area.

"This I've got to see" Chuck said as he slowly got to his feet, trying to make sure that his armful didn't wake up.

"I'm right behind you" Sarah said as she repeated Chuck's actions.

Moments later, Chuck and Sarah stood side by side, their mouths hanging open as they watched John Casey attack the 'moles' as the stuck their heads up from the machine in front of him. His strikes where very precise and, judging by the score, accurate as well. Chuck watched in amazement as the big man closed in on the existing high score. As he was pummeling the machine, a kid walked up and asked if she could play next. The interuption broke Casey's ryhthm and he turned and glared at the young girl, probably not intending to give her his 'WTF' glare but it happened. Before Chuck or Sarah or anyone, for that matter, could believe it, one of the nannies who was helping chaperone walked up and grabbed Colonel John Casey by the earlobe and dragged him away from the machine. Pulling his face down to hers, the striking young woman gave a glare of her own and moments later, Casey had profusely apologized to the young girl who'd asked to play the game and then offered her the rest of his tokens.

Once the shock had worn off, everyone wnet back to what they were doing, except for John Casey who simply stood still, staring down into the unflinching eyes of the nannie who'd just cowed the big man with a glare.

"John Casey, USMC, retired" he said as he extended his hand.

"Brooklynn Masterson, USMC, retired" she answered and almost laughed at the look of shock on Casey's face. "Twenty years...I'm thrity-eight" she added, clearly anticipating his question.

Casey simply stood and stared, his mouth hanging open.

"Alright, soldier. Snap out of it" she said with a smirk.

"Right, sorry ma'am" Casey finally managed to respond.

"Alright John Casey, what say I let you buy me a diet Pepsi and then I'll whip your ass in skeeball"

"Yes ma'am" Casey answered and then turned to follow Brooklynn Masterson as she walked towards the 'bar'.

Fin.....or something like that.     JT

Dropping hints

Well, with some questions about ABFTP I figured I answer some. No, Chuck wasn't tranqed. Combination of flu, exhaustion and severe dehydration.  He'll wake up in the hospital after fainting at the Buymore. Ellie will, of course, be concerned. She'll recognize Sarah and ask how's she's been and about the hair color...I'm figuring on a coffee conversation, Sarah talking about the time she'd 'wasted' on her ex and their attempt at saving their relationship which ended with him cheating. Ellie will talk about getting married, moving out and her lack of joy when Chuck picked Morgan for a roommate. Sarah will ask about Chuck's love life' and Ellie will talk about his lack of one despite all of her attempts to set him up with friends from the hospital. She'll also talk about Sam and how she never thought that she was ever really into Chuck.

Once awake, Chuck will find Sarah sitting at his bedside and he'll immediately apologize about being such a 'douche' and then ask how she'd been...chit chat will ensue...Ellie shows up ti discharge Chuck and Sarah volunteers to drive Chuck home. Chuck will be a little distant and say thanks once he's out of the car and walk away. Sarah asks if it's ok if she visits later and he'll say ok.

Now, Sarah's hair color...changed for her last mission. Probably will be changed back. In the last fourteen months, Fulcrum has been gaining strength.  The intersect wasn't removed, Zarnow just suppressed it. He is a Fulcrum stooge and he's been trying to figure out who patient X was for the last fourteen months. Chuck has been 'watched' by the powers that be since his 'cure'.   Larkin actually sent the intersect to two places...Chuck and a secure 'storage site' that he'd set up.  Fulcrum didn't have him on ice...Beckman did, going behind graham's back. So, we'll get to see the intersect 1.0 in a real spy. Bryce gets the upload and can use it but doesn't have the ability to make the intuitive leaps that Chuck demonstrated when he used the intersect. Still working some details out on that. Casey's been in Afganistan with his old team. he'll be back.

I plan to have Sarah attempt to 'nurse' Chuck back to health. He's unsure of her intentions. He turned down a second job offer. Turns down a dinner offer and Sarah makes some offhand remark about her belief that he liked brunettes so what's the problem. Chuck will correct her, saying it's not haircolor that attracts him, leaving Sarah confused about his apparent lack of interest.
Beckman will be pushing Sarah to get Chuck on board using whatever method she has to leaving  her not happy with the implications.
Sam, Chuck's ex part time girlfriend...CIA, part of  the 'watchers' and she left when Sarah was re-assigned to project Bartowski. Chuck's eventual discovery of the 'watchers' and Sam part will not make him happy.
More to come as the ideas appear. Trust me, I've gone back and re-read some of my original chapter outlines for older stuff and sometimes my ideas are shelved, lost, scrapped, changed or found to be lacking as I'm in the middle of pounding out a chapter. Some of my stuff actually feels like it's writing itself as I go along...and that can be a weird feeling.
Well, enough of the mid-day ramble...customers have decided that they want to spend money and, believe it or not, they want me to participate. Gotta go.        JT

Another day older and deeper...

So, dodged another 'blow' job. H.Lee to the west and another one blowing by on the east. Having fun with Mr. Grumpy Pants...2 stories so far and lots of ideas for more...I still have to get Casey into a Chuckycheese so he can discover the soon to be bane of his existence...wack-a-mole...an addiction that he won't be able to shake...that doesn't involve guns, explosives or hurting people(premeditated hurting). Two days off from the job I love and I'm hoping to get some more chapters finished. Up early and happy to find the re-issue of chapter 2 of Written in the Stars...very well written and even better the second time through. Now, all I need is some more SOM and 'Big Blasty Explosions' and  my day will be complete. Gonna try and pop another chapter of BLDBAL...everyone really seems eager for me to let C&S at each other and i think maybe I will in chapter12. Since casa bartowski seems to be cursed maybe I'll have to move the 'rug burns' to Sarah's place.
Been rewatching Castle and that really is a fun show. Of course, every time I see Castle's 'rugged good looks'  I'm reminded of , well of course, firefly, but even more so, Dr. Horrible's sing along...I'm gonna have to work some of the villians names into one of my stories...and of course. the 'hammer' line as well.
Well, enough excitment, back to work...after a few chapters of GEG...man, that is a great story...hope that oldest man adds some more for us.      JT

Thursday and the SOM

Ah, a new day. The day was marked with a new chapter from Quistie's SOM and it was fantastic. I smiled more at that chapter than I have in a little while. These seven urchins and sarah's interactions with them are almost as much fun as Frea's Violet Bartowski...maybe more but only because there's more of them. I'm really looking forward to seeing where this story goes. Finished anoth chapter of BLDBAL and posted it. Also ready to pound out some more Swimmer and TRFW. New idea for one shot(s)...Mr. Grumpy Pants Comes To Breakfast...john Casey as a babysitter...he claims to despise the job but, really can't resist the bartowski twins...who could...rainy play date. kids birthday party...disney movies and snotty theater attendants...chuckysheese and wackamole   hell...after bed time.    JT

The first blog really sets the tone-this should be craptacular

Well, Well, Well...something new for an old dog. If you have somehow found your way to this blog, please check your meds and if you haven't been over medicated, welcome. I really have no idea what I'll use this for...probably just to unwind from time to time...rambling along without saying much. If you found this through the stories that I've posted over at FanFiction, welcome. Eventually, when I learn how, I'll set up some links to my stories...until then, this will just be a place where I can let loose. I welcome any and all comments, questions or suggestions. I can promise that this blog will offer no sage wisdom, no great advice and no ringing endorsements of idiocy...unless it's my own. I'm currently in the middle of chapter 10 of Bryce larkin-Douche Bag At Large and once I finish this intial(and amazing) introduction to my blog, that's where I'll be going.
I never figured that I'd do any writing after my brilliant highschool and college career. It was the urging of the armor plated rat over at fanfiction that got me started and now, after over 250,000words and no major calls for my hands in order to prevent further mis-treatment of the english language, I come to realize that I'm having fun...most of the time. Of course, every now and then, things get a little jammed up and I'll step back until the urge hits again and I'll return to the current stories or give in and start another one. Currently, I've got four open tales in the Chuckverse and oneover in the Castleverse. The Castle story, which is based on an idea I borrowed from OldestMan and then twisted it until it cried like a little bitch, is an attempt to see if Chuck is the only thing I enjoy writing and imagine my surprise when I found out that,no, Chuck wasn't it for me. I don't expect to find myself writing any Glee fiction but, who knows, if the idea strikes, I may just follow it...Seriously though, no Glee.
Well, enough for the first time.        JT
